Communications Specialist Intern
The Communications Specialist Intern will support the Regional Communications Manager in creating and implementing modern communication strategies that help articulate the strategic narrative of the company, drive engagement, and demonstrate innovation and performance across multitude of channels. The role requires strong storytelling skills, collaborating with the ideation, development and execution of strategic campaigns tailored to specific functions or group within the region. From organizing engaging events and webcasts to crafting compelling internal communications and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Communications Specialist Intern
The Communications Specialist Intern will support the Regional Communications Manager in creating and implementing modern communication strategies that help articulate the strategic narrative of the company, drive engagement, and demonstrate innovation and performance across multitude of channels. The role requires strong storytelling skills, collaborating with the ideation, development and execution of strategic campaigns tailored to specific functions or group within the region. From organizing engaging events and webcasts to crafting compelling internal communications and driving employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Create clear, engaging, and well-structured written communications for employees across channels such as newsletters, intranet posts and digital signage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop creative communication campaign ideas that resonate with targeted audiences.
- Support end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with key performance objectives and communication strategy.
- Coordinate logistics for internal events, conferences, and webcasts, ensuring professional delivery and a seamless experience for participants.
- Support the planning and execution of external communication activities to enhance the company's visibility and strengthen its brand presence within the industry.
Experiences & Exposures:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms (e.g. intranet systems, email marketing tools, content management systems) is an added advantage.
- Experience creating graphics or short-form video content using Canva or similar design platforms is an advantage.
- Strong writing, attention to detail, and creativity with a willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced communications environment.
