Job Summary:
Install or repair company products such as wellheads and production trees in accordance with the original equipment manufacturing standards to minimize the customers down time and maximize the customers satisfaction. Advise customers on repair and replacement options. Examine, repair, test and maintain products at customer sites or service centers. Be a liaison between Company onshore and customers during installation. Troubleshoot equipment during installation if any problems arise. Contribute to section and department policy and procedure formulation, alteration, deployment, and planning.

Job Summary:

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Direct the installation or servicing task to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
- Provide the customers representative with sufficient information and guidance to ensure the correct task completion
- Report faults or areas of improvement which will ensure continued product development
- Assembly and testing onshore and offshore, (including recording of test results)
- Complete Service reports, FPR's, EWR, EOWR, and other administrative duties associated with the department or project
- General duties associated with the Service task and engineering task
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Responsible for service delivery execution.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.

- Has strong adaptability to different environments working offshore for extended periods of time
- Computer literate
- Comprehensive knowledge & experience operating, maintaining & rebuilding Cameron Gate Valves
- SSMC & Conventional Cameron Wellhead Knowledge
- Able to participate in the installation, removal, and maintenance operations of Cameron equipment to ensure a safe and efficient operation
- Investigate and diagnose any deficiency which may impede the efficient installation and act to correct the situation
- Provide the customers representative with sufficient information and guidance to ensure the correct task completion
- Ability to read Drawings & Procedures
- Report faults or areas of improvement to Cameron management which will ensure continued product development
- Experience in assembly and testing onshore/offshore, (including recording of test results)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Technical/Trade Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical discipline preferred or previous relevant experience
- >1 years in field service/maintenance, valves experience preferred.
