Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Coordinate with all departments within the company for all offshore-related scope of the project.
- Assist OCM in preparing requirement and technical evaluation of offshore materials and expedite the delivery, receipt at stores and approval of MRV of these materials.
- Assist CM in providing input for weekly and monthly report and attend meetings with client.
- Assist OCM in liaising with third party agency on offshore execution related issues.
- Assist OCM in Liaising with marine warranty surveyors on all issues related to marine / construction aspects of the work such as document review, approval, attendance during load-out, towing and offshore installation.
- Attend weekly meetings with VPOO / OCM /OCD to discuss progress and areas of concern.
- Insure implementation of the project safety plan and the company HSEMS.
- Insure and enhance quality of the work.
- Participate in project quality audits and follow-up for closeout of inadequacies as determined by the audit findings.
- Initiate the variation orders /claims related to offshore work. Compile the technical input (procedures / engineering documents), and assist CM in assigning offshore durations.
- Prepare mobilization plans, and attend mobilization meetings. Coordinate with, OPE, Barge Superintends, and Field Engineers to ensure that mobilization is through and complete.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Preferably in Mechanical, Civil or Naval.
- 6 years' experience in offshore construction.
- Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Thorough understanding of offshore operations, personnel and equipment.
