We are seeking a proactive and experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 professional ready to step into a true Team Lead role for the Record-to-Report (R2R) functional support area with strong expertise in General Ledger (GL).

Your role

As an Oracle EBS Support - Team Lead R2R, you will:
• Lead, coach, and support a team of Record to Report (R2R) functional analysts, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and proper prioritization of daily work across GL, FA, and related subledger processes.
• Act as the main escalation point for complex R2R incidents, performing in-depth root cause analysis and defining long-term corrective actions for GL journals, FA transactions, SLA accounting, and period close issues.
• Provide expert functional support for Oracle EBS R12 across the R2R domain, including General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Subledger Accounting (SLA), and cross module impacts involving AP, AR, Projects, Cash Management, and Procurement.
• Oversee daily monitoring of system processes, functional checks, integrations, and interface flows.
• Ensure system stability and timely issue resolution during month end and year end close cycles.
• Coordinate and participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and validations for patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Collaborate actively with other Team members, DBAs, developers, infrastructure teams, and external partners.
• Review and maintain high-quality functional documentation including requirements, test scenarios, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base materials.
• Monitor and analyze recurring issues, identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide guidance and targeted training to business users and team members.


About you


Experience & Skills

• 4+ years hands on experience supporting Oracle E Business Suite R12, focus on GL and Fixed Assets.
• Strong functional understanding of GL structures and processes-including Chart of Accounts, ledger configurations, budgeting, revaluations, and consolidations, as well as solid knowledge of SLA configurations, accounting rules, and subledger-to-ledger integrations.
• Knowledge of Fixed Assets lifecycle expertise across additions, adjustments, transfers, retirements, depreciation, and impairments
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL for advanced troubleshooting (log analysis, data validation, interface monitoring).
• Ability to lead, mentor, prioritize workloads, and manage escalations.
• Experience using an IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
• Excellent communication skills, both with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong prioritization and time-management abilities, able to handle multiple requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Fluent in English & Romanian; French is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Economics, or equivalent relevant experience.
