The Global Head of Compensation and Benefits, HR Information Systems, Data, Reporting and Compliance is responsible for designing, governing, and implementing Tractebel's global Reward, HR Technology and People Data strategy.
As a member of the Global HR Leadership Team, the role ensures that Tractebel's reward practices, HR systems and data-governance frameworks are competitive, transparent, compliant and fully aligned with the company's business strategy and the ENGIE Group standards.
The position combines strategic design, governance excellence and data-driven insight to strengthen Tractebel's global employee experience and HR effectiveness.

Your mission
The Global Head of Compensation and Benefits, HR Information Systems, Data, Reporting and Compliance is responsible for designing, governing, and implementing Tractebel's global Reward, HR Technology and People Data strategy.
As a member of the Global HR Leadership Team, the role ensures that Tractebel's reward practices, HR systems and data-governance frameworks are competitive, transparent, compliant and fully aligned with the company's business strategy and the ENGIE Group standards.
The position combines strategic design, governance excellence and data-driven insight to strengthen Tractebel's global employee experience and HR effectiveness.
Your key responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Design and continuously enhance the global compensation and benefits framework aligned with Tractebel's business priorities and ENGIE Group principles.
- Lead global processes such as grading, benchmarking, salary and bonus reviews, and variable-pay design.
- Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness, using data and analytics to inform decisions.
- Oversee global benefits governance, including insurance, mobility and well-being programs.
- Partner with local HR teams to ensure locally compliant and cost-effective benefit solutions.
- Advise the CHRO and Executive Committee on executive-compensation and governance matters.
HR Information Systems & Data
- Define the HRIS strategy and roadmap, ensuring systems effectively support business and HR priorities.
- Partner with ENGIE Group HRIS teams on SuccessFactors other tools to ensure alignment, adoption and data accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement of data management and reporting processes, ensuring high data quality and consistency across regions.
- Lead system integration and digital-enablement initiatives to strengthen analytics and HR efficiency.
Reporting & Compliance
- Develop and maintain global HR dashboards, KPIs and analytics that provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting, data-protection and audit requirements.
- Establish clear governance controls and compliance mechanisms for reward and HR data.
- Coordinate internal and external audits related to C&B, HR data and regulatory compliance.
- Manage the global C&B budget to ensure cost-efficiency and alignment with business goals.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide global leadership to a network of regional experts across Compensation & Benefits, HRIS and Data Reporting.
- Build capabilities, foster collaboration and encourage knowledge sharing within the global HR community.
- Represent Tractebel in ENGIE Group forums and networks on C&B, HRIS and HR Performance.
- Champion Tractebel's values of integrity, inclusion and performance through authentic and visible leadership.
- The role will progressively lead a dedicated C&B team, fostering global consistency and expertise.
We would love to hear from people with
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including at least 10 years in senior C&B or HRIS leadership roles in an international environment.
- Demonstrated success in global reward strategy, governance and data management.
- Experience leading HR technology and analytics initiatives.
- Background in engineering, energy or professional-services industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
