Finance Manager (Manufacturing Plant) Location: Brazil The Opportunity We are supporting the appointment of an experienced Finance Manager to join a large manufacturing operation in Brazil. This role is critical to ensuring strong financial governance, accounting accuracy, and tax compliance within a plant environment, while partnering closely with operational leadership to support business performance. This position is well suited to a hands-on finance leader with deep tax and statutory accounting expertise, and prior track record operating within a factory or plant setting. Key Responsibilities Lead plant-level accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local and corporate standards Own all tax matters for the plant, including direct and indirect taxes, statutory filings, audits, and regulatory compliance Act as the primary finance partner to plant and operations leadership, supporting cost control, inventory, and CAPEX management Manage monthly close, balance sheet integrity, and P&L oversight for manufacturing operations Ensure robust internal controls, governance, and audit readiness Liaise with external advisors, auditors, and internal stakeholders on tax and compliance matters Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities at plant level Experience Needed10+ years' experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax roles Mandatory experience in a manufacturing / plant / factory environment Strong tax background (tax expertise is a core requirement for this role) Solid knowledge of accounting, statutory reporting, and Brazilian tax regulations Strong attention to detail, structured mindset, and ability to work in an operational environment independently What's on Offer A high-impact finance role within a complex manufacturing operation Close partnership with senior finance and operational leadership across the region and in the HQOpportunity to play a key role in strengthening financial governance and operational performance of the plant
