We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a "Project Quality & Data Improvement Lead (M/F)" for a mission in Ile-de-France (France). This mission is on a residential basis, with no option for rotation.

"Project Quality & Data Improvement Lead (M/F)" What will your missions and responsibilities be?

• Lead and coordinate Quality Assurance and Data Improvement across the project, maintaining a robust QMS with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to manage risks and ensure performance
• Oversee quality activities across all packages, ensuring compliance, early issue detection, timely closure of actions and audits, and integration of lessons learned
• Drive continuous improvement through process mapping, data optimization, and performance monitoring
• Promote exemplary HSE behavior, integrating HSE requirements into quality processes and participating in site visits
• Ensure effective communication, proper follow-up of quality issues, and regular reporting to support project delivery, change management, and a performance-focused culture

What profile and skills are required for this "Project Quality & Data Improvement Lead (M/F)" role?

• Experienced Quality Engineer (10+ years) in Oil & Gas, including offshore projects
• Strong leadership, team spirit, and solution-oriented mindset
• Advanced Excel, PowerQuery, Power BI, and DAX skills
• Knowledge of VBA, SharePoint, Polarion, and IQ-All
• Experience in process mapping, Lean/continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and KPI management
