Short Description

We are looking for a Corporate QHSE Manager to drive strategic initiatives, lead the implementation of the Integrated Management System, and ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations. This role focuses on corporate governance, leadership, and continuous improvement, while offshore experience is a valuable plus.

Function Description

As Corporate QHSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising QHSE strategies aligned with global standards. This role involves leading the national QHSE team, introducing innovative tools and methods, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements. You will interact with regulatory bodies, clients, and certification entities, manage audits, and support strategic initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Define and implement QHSE strategies aligned with global corporate objectives.

▪ Lead and mentor national QHSE teams, fostering a culture of safety and quality.

▪ Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory bodies (STPS, SEMARNAT, ASEA, COFEPRIS).

▪ Manage audits, certifications, and continuous improvement programs.

▪ Represent the company in QHSE matters with clients, certification entities, and industry associations.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Process Safety, or related QHSE field.

Experience:
  • 7-10 years of experience in corporate QHSE management (preferably in Oil & Gas).
  • Offshore experience is a plus, but focus is on corporate leadership.
  • Certifications: ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, API Q2 (plus).
  • Experience managing companies with headcount over 1,000 employees.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of QHSE management systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of market trends and competitive analysis.

Soft Skills:
  • Leadership and strategic vision.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork.
  • Ability to manage change and drive results.

Languages:
  • English (Intermediate-Advanced, conversational).
