This positioning operates from a shore-based facility in the Port of Esbjerg, with daily crew transfers to the Offshore Wind Farm Horns Reef 3, which consists of 49 x V164 wind turbines. Furthermore, the role also includes support for our 4 x V164 Maade turbine in the harbor area in Esbjerg, and one of our new flagship turbines, the V236, in the port of Thyborøn
You will play a key role within our Service team, focusing on planning daily operations in collaboration with our dispatcher. Your responsibilities include supporting our team in the day-to-day operations in the field, providing the necessary documentation for work performed on-site, ensuring safe access to turbines via CTV or helicopter. Furthermore, you will manage the creation, follow-up, and closure of service orders, while ensuring that all required spare parts and tools are available for the team
The role is a 7/ 7 rotation with working hours from 05.30 to 18.00 Monday to Saturday and Sunday in the service season. In the low season, Sunday is on-call. Traveling up to 20 days per year to other Offshore wind farms within Vestas for support, training, education, and sharing experience is a part of this position.

Responsibilities
- Day-to-day planning of the service operations, including a daily toolbox talk every morning when the shift starts
- Supervise and coordinate service operations on-site in collaboration with the service team and organize Vessel/helicopter transfers
- Ensure compliance with the Vestas Health and Safety Management system and standards on-site and promote Safety and Safety Mindset
- Short-term and long-term planning of service operations, troubleshooting tasks, upgrade and test tasks on different sites.
- Planning, follow-up, and closure of service orders in our SAP system, and planning of annual service and maintenance tasks and technical meetings with the back-office team
Qualifications
- Marine Engineer, Electrician, or technical degree from a school/college/university
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with electrical or mechanical systems, preferably in wind, offshore, and HV environments
- Proven wind turbine experience
Competencies
- Team player with a good safety mindset, responsible, and with a proactive approach
- Skilled at leading multiple teams and managing diverse tasks in dynamic environments. Able to stay calm under pressure, adapt plans quickly without losing sight of the plan, and keep the big picture in focus while handling many moving parts
- Strong safety mindset, proactive, and responsible team player
- Valid driving license
- Good Danish and English skills (spoken and written)
- Good skills in the use of MS Office and SAP
