Short Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Air Medevac Medic to join a major offshore project supporting critical medical evacuation operations.

Function Description

This role is responsible for delivering advanced in-flight medical care and patient stabilization during offshore MEDEVAC transfers, ensuring seamless coordination between offshore units, air transport teams, and onshore medical facilities in accordance with the Medical Transportation and Evacuation Plan (MTEP).

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Emergency response, resuscitation, and patient stabilization
• Continuous in-flight monitoring and administration of medications
• Coordination of stretcher and medical equipment setup in helicopters
• Patient handover to hospital teams with complete clinical documentation
• MEDEVAC readiness audits and medical case follow-up reporting
• Support for emergency classification and evacuation prioritization

Requirements

Requirements:

• Mexican licensed Medical Doctor (authorized to practice in Mexico)
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Minimum 3 years' experience in trauma and emergency care
• Certifications: ACLS or ATLS, OPITO TBOSIET (with HUET), PHTLS
• OEUK Fit to Work
• Familiarity with offshore clinical standards and Mexican health regulations
• Valid US Visa (evacuations may include US destinations)
• Ability to mobilize to Matamoros airport within 20 minutes on call (preference for candidates residing in Matamoros)
