Engie Global Business Support is seeking a Process Mining Specialist who will leverage their Business Analyst expertise and deep understanding of finance, procurement, and human resources to enhance our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be adept at using process mining tools (certified and experimented in Signavio) to analyze and improve business processes, ensuring data integrity and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and data models.

Our process mining platform is already in place (P2P, I2P, payroll, talent acquisition) with Celonis and we are moving to Signavio early 2026 (reversibility phase with an integrator). Our areas of focus are : automation of manual tasks, process compliance and standardization, operational performance, adherence to SLAs. In 2026, the goal will be to optimize the existing setup by helping the GBS service lines delve deeper into understanding dysfunctions through operational indicators, implementing improvement actions, and observing enhancements in Signavio where all our processes are yet modeled in Signavio Modeling.

We Want You
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and HR teams to understand their needs and challenges
  • Utilize Signavio to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and data models to support business analysis
  • Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Participate in process mapping and improvement workshops
  • Execute user training and conduct Q&A sessions for dashboard adoption


Who Are You
  • Experienced Business Analyst with a focus on finance, procurement, or HR
  • Proficient in process mining tools, particularly Signavio (certification required)
  • Strong data analysis skills, including the creation of data models and indicators
  • Familiar with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Professionally proficient in English and French
  • Knowledge of SAP, ARIBA, and SuccessFactors is advantageous
  • Excellent communicator, able to present complex analyses clearly and concisely
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
