General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop & manage a land acquisition plan to achieve the strategy of the Land Management Function.
- Support in drafting and reviewing legal documents that may include but limited to; NDAs, MOUs, and MOMs
- Liaise with the client's land acquisition department
- Maintain healthy progress reports to keep decision makers updated on findings including the early identification and ongoing tracking of any development
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business Management or equivalent.
- Total professional experience of 15 years
- Ideally 5 years of experience in Railway projects.
- Arabic speaker
- Experience in handling all level of authorities, stakeholders and government entities
