Leading Hand for Cutter Suction Dredger

Responsibilities

Supervises deck crew during dredging operations

Leads deck operations: Cutter head work, Pipeline handling (floating & shore pipelines), Mooring, spuds, anchors, winches, Ensures safe working practices on deck

Assigns daily tasks to ratings and helpers

Assists during shifting of dredger, Maintenance of cutter ladder, wires, pontoon pipes & Emergency operations.

Qualifications

5 Years experience on Dredgers.

Basic STCW training certification.
