Where will you work as a Piping QC Technicien (M/F) ?

We are looking for a Piping QC Technician (M/F) for one of our clients in the energy sector to work on a construction site in Dombasle-sur-Meurthe.

Piping QC Technicien (M/F) : What will your duties and responsibilities be?

As a piping quality technician (M/F), you will work within a scope that includes all companies present on the site as well as their subcontractors. You will be responsible for :

• Upstream verification of mechanical completion and compliance of piping work with P&IDs, ISOs, and support specifications.
• Ensuring complete consistency between design documents (P&IDs, isometric drawings, and support specifications) and the work carried out on site.
• Additional checks (locating valves on site, identifying fluid flow directions, etc.) will also be requested on an ad hoc basis.
• You will also validate the P&ID/ISO/supporting documentation mark-ups for the Balance of Plant scope of the site and report any discrepancies found, quickly and in detail.
• If necessary, you will carry out new checks if the reservations have been lifted.

What profile and skills are required for this position of Piping QC Technicien (M/F) ?

• You have at least 5 years' experience in piping.
• You have already worked in the industrial sector, in inspection and control, and have a good knowledge of piping, DESP and associated regulatory requirements, as well as boiler making.
• Fluency in professional English would be an advantage.
