Requirements

To truly shine as a Motorman, you'll need a solid background in marine operations. Here's what will set you apart:

You'll hold an Engine Room Able Seafarer Rating, ready to tackle engine room duties.

You'll possess STCW Basic Safety Training, prioritizing safety at sea.

You'll carry an MLC Medical Fitness certificate, ensuring you're fit for the challenges ahead.

You'll have BOSIET with HUET and CA-EBS certifications, prepared for emergency situations.

A UK FWP and a USA B1 Visa are a big plus for exciting wind farm ventures.
