Company Description
The AMIRAL project is a flagship petrochemicals expansion initiative by TotalEnergies and Saudi Aramco, integrated with their joint venture SATORP refinery in Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The project includes a mixed-feed steam cracker producing 3.5 MT/y of chemicals, high-value petrochemicals, HDPE units, and supporting utilities, storages, off-sites, and buildings. With a total CAPEX exceeding $10 billion and additional investments of $3 billion, the project spans 4.5 years and involves 100 million manhours and 25,000 workers at peak.
The PMT team, comprising 350 personnel, will oversee the execution of six EPCC packages, with operations based in Europe, Korea, and Saudi Arabia during the detailed engineering phase, followed by relocation to Jubail for construction, commissioning, and start-up activities.

Job Description
- Manage and coordinate technical and industrial skills training for SATORP's manufacturing and operations staff.
- Review annual training needs and plan objectives.
- Collaborate with external and internal trainers to ensure quality training delivery.
- Evaluate training courses, collect feedback, and assess trainers' performance.
- Link training programs with talent management and career development initiatives.
- Develop training objectives, goals, and plans in coordination with the Training Programs Development Section.
- Stay updated on training trends and recommend improvements.
- Prepare specifications for training courses and assist in selecting external trainers.
- Maintain a database of training courses, evaluations, feedback, and materials.
- Develop training KPIs to monitor and achieve objectives.
- Deliver specific technical and industrial skills training sessions when required.
Qualifications
- Qualification: Expertise in refining and petrochemicals technologies, international and American codes (IEC, EN, NFPA, UL, IEEE, ANSI, etc. ), and 10+ years of experience in design, engineering, and manufacturing in similar positions. General knowledge of construction and commissioning is advantageous. Familiarity with TotalEnergies-Saudi Aramco technical referentials is a plus.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (oral and written communication).
- Professional Experience: 10+ years, with experience in projects in Saudi Arabia/Middle East, EPCC phases of large projects, integrated projects, and joint venture organizations. Knowledge of safety and environmental aspects of major construction projects is essential.
- Skills: Adaptability to changes, ability to work in a multicultural environment, strong interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders.
