This Position reports to:
Service Operations Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative support to the Operational Purchasing team. Every day, you will participate in processing administrative tasks in SAP, Excel, and email to ensure timely material delivery and accurate completion of all purchasing documentation. You will also demonstrate your organizational skills by supporting the team during periods of increased workload.
This position is ideal for students who want to gain valuable experience in procurement and administration. We will provide full training and support from experienced colleagues, so there is no need to worry if you are just starting out in this type of work.

Your role and responsibilities:
- Performing administrative tasks in the SAP system, including data entry and document management
- Preparing and organizing documents for customs clearance
- Written communication with transport companies and obtaining transportation price quotes
- Checking, updating, and managing Excel files related to purchasing and logistics
- Supporting the purchasing team in ensuring timely material delivery
- Handling email communication with suppliers and internal departments
- Preparing reports and analyses using Excel and Power BI
Qualifications for this role:
- Interest in administrative tasks and working with systems such as SAP, Excel, or Power BI
- Interest in procurement and supply chain
- Motivation to develop skills in working with data, documentation, and reporting
- Willingness to learn how to work with SAP and other reporting tools - we will be happy to teach you
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
- Currently studying at a university, ideally in economics, logistics, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of English (at least B1 level) for written communication
