JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work closely with engineering, project controls, finance, and operations teams
• Develop insightful Power BI dashboards and management reports
• Use AI tools and automation to improve analysis, forecasting, and reporting efficiency
• Advanced Excel modelling and implementation (Power Query / Power BI, Pivot; VBA a plus)
• Optimise finance, cost control, and end-to-end business processes
• Review project management data and processes (cost, schedule, progress, performance)
• Propose agile, efficient, and scalable improvements across projects and operations
• Translate complex data into clear insights and practical recommendations

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience in engineering, EPC, oil & gas, construction, or project-driven environments
• Strong Power BI and advanced Excel skills
• Practical experience using AI tools for business or data optimisation
• Solid understanding of finance and project controls
• Proactive, analytical, and improvement-driven mindset
• Able to engage confidently with both technical teams and leadership
