In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing challenges, and ensuring project delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services according to project schedules and specifications.
- Evaluate project risks, develop mitigation actions, and maintain accurate performance reporting for internal and customer stakeholders.
- Champion a safety‑first and quality‑focused project culture, ensuring safe execution and adherence to standards.
- Lead thorough project scope planning, tracking, and execution, from design through implementation and commissioning.
- Maintain disciplined risk management practices, including continuous monitoring and documentation.
- Oversee project changes and manage change orders with customers and suppliers using a structured approach.
- Manage overall project costs, revenue forecasting, and cost‑control mechanisms while collaborating closely with sales, operations, supply chain, and other internal teams.
- Forecast project resource needs and coordinate assignments across various disciplines.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive project environment and ensure effective communication, documentation, and information flow.
- Manage subcontractor schedules, quality outputs, and progress payments aligned with completed work.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead multiple MSS projects while upholding financial, safety, quality, and timeline commitments.
- Coordinate closely with fabrication yards to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Plan and coordinate testing activities, including internal testing, FAT, and SAT in partnership with LifeCycle Services.
- Drive timely closure of punch lists, documentation, and shipment release processes.
- Ensure accurate, complete documentation and final project databook submission per contract requirements.
Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience in project management within the process control industry, including overseeing multiple system projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project planning, resource coordination, and commercial and financial aspects of project delivery.
- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Background in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Control, or Computer Engineering - or equivalent experience in related technical fields.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to propose practical, innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes, remain focused on results, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
