This includes the maintenance of standard MIS reports, monthly scorecards, BI Dashboard, data visualization and automation implementation. This is an individual contributor role working as an enabler for the entire function across all geographies.
The role will be internal facing & will be largely responsible for internal collaborators

Key Accountabilities
- Compose, publish & upgrade standard reporting framework with appropriate data visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView) for Cash & Credit teams.
- Design and implement VBA macro or small automation as per business needs
- Design & implementation of reporting & performance Dashboard (BI, excel, etc.) with insights and visualization.
- Participate in the design and improvement of data architecture and reporting systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Provides reliable data & reporting solutions, metrics & analytics that help optimize a sustainable workforce & drive fact-based decisions by Business Leaders
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts to retrieve data efficiently.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risk factors.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for key collaborators, including executives and regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Implement data quality checks and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting data.
- Stay updated on industry trends, procedures, and regulatory changes related to credit risk reporting.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support to address specific business questions or challenges.
- Exposure to Power Apps and Building or updating BI dashboards (at macro and micro level).
- Must be able to work specific shifts and have ability to work across various time zones and regions
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) credit risk data from SAP and Big Data sources.
- Exposure and experience with six sigma methodologies
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, preferably in a O2C, credit risk or financial services environment.
- Proficiency in SAP modules (e.g., SAP BW, SAP HANA) and Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Experience in MIS reports, monthly scorecards, BI Dashboard, data visualization and automation implementation.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in querying large datasets.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III, CCAR) related to credit risk reporting is a plus.
- Understanding of statistical methods and modelling techniques is desirable.
Technical Capability
- Strong MIS Reporting Capability using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Ability to run basic automation using SQL, Access, Sharepoint, Infopath
- Data Visualization
Business Capability
- Good understanding of the Finance industry (especially O2C)
- Good knowledge of CI principles like Agile, Six sigma, Lean
- Understanding of different operating and charging models used in the Finance industry (especially O2C)
- E2E understanding of the process lifecycle in the Shared Services space
Leadership & EQ Capability
