- Manage Calls for Tenders and secure necessary approvals
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies
- Coordinate with stakeholders and anticipate issues
- Ensure legal, fiscal, and risk compliance
- Negotiate contracts, prepare awards, and maintain documentation
