Job Purpose
- Establish and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) framework, policies, and standards.
- Lead projects execution to ensure alignment with approved scope, timelines, budget, and objectives.
- Enforce consistent project management methodologies across all initiatives.
- Continuously engage internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and drive delivery success.
- Implement effective communication and reporting mechanisms across the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance, risks, and outcomes to ensure value realization.
Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary interface with project sponsors and senior stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making through clear reporting and project insights related to progress, issues and risks.
- Build and develop PMO capabilities, including tools, templates, competencies, and continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration between business units, IT, vendors, and external partners.
- Identify and address project risks and dependencies ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide portfolio-level oversight on scope, schedule, cost & risks.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor / Masters degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Information Systems.
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and ERP applications is desirable.
- Experience
- 10 plus years of professional related experience with at least 5 years in project management.
- Skills
- Excellent communicating and Problem solving skills.
- Multitasking, ability to manage the competing priorities while understanding the bigger picture.
