- Conduct interviews for both temporary and permanent positions
- Write clear and attractive job descriptions for office and offshore roles
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels
- Identify future hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines
- Perform reference checks
- Support and advise new and existing employees throughout their journey
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align hiring priorities
Requirements
Your Profile
- Bachelor-level working and thinking capability
- Several years of experience as an in‑house recruiter or within a recruitment agency
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
- Proactive, self-starting mindset
- Team player who performs well under pressure and communicates effectively
