As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle. You will source, attract, and interview candidates for various technical and operational roles, while acting as a trusted partner to key stakeholders within the organization. Your mission is to ensure the company continues to hire top talent in a competitive and fast‑moving market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews for both temporary and permanent positions
• Write clear and attractive job descriptions for office and offshore roles
• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels
• Identify future hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines
• Perform reference checks
• Support and advise new and existing employees throughout their journey
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align hiring priorities

Requirements

Your Profile

• Bachelor-level working and thinking capability
• Several years of experience as an in‑house recruiter or within a recruitment agency
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
• Proactive, self-starting mindset
• Team player who performs well under pressure and communicates effectively
