Function Description

As the Chief Officer onboard the tugboat, you act as the second‑in‑command and support the Master in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel. You are responsible for navigational watchkeeping, supervising deck operations, leading towing activities, and maintaining a strong safety culture onboard. You work closely with the Master, the Chief Engineer, and the deck crew to ensure that all duties are performed according to company procedures and maritime regulations.

Requirements

• Certificate of competence
• Previous tug experience
• Medical seafarer
• Valid STCW certificates
• GMDSS
• Seaman's Books
• Valid passport
