Program Summary

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR's enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract's original prime contractor. Job Summary

The Laborer position provides essential support to Wash Rack operations by performing custodial, maintenance, and grounds‑keeping duties under the direction of the Foreman or General Foreman. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and orderly Wash Rack, assisting with material handling, and supporting general operational activities. The position requires physical work in outdoor environments, flexibility in work hours, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform custodial cleaning and Wash Rack facility maintenance to ensure buildings and common areas remain clean, orderly, and operational.
• Conduct daily inspections of garbage bins and manage waste disposal, including transporting trash to designated dumpsters.
• Upkeep of Wash Rack outdoor areas to support safe and accessible pathway, reducing trip hazards and ensure safe walking and driving conditions.
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to designated work locations and assist with setting up work areas for daily operations.
• Perform snow and ice prevention or removal tasks during winter conditions to maintain safe access across the Wash Rack area of operations.
• Perform basic maintenance and operate Wash Rack tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean, functional, and stored properly after use.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures, including the use of required personal protective equipment and adherence to site safety protocols.
• Complete basic records and documentation related to daily tasks, equipment use, and maintenance activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Foreman or General Foreman to support overall site operations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

• Experience performing physical labor in outdoor environments.
• Experience working in roles involving custodial and/or general labor tasks.
• Experience working variable schedules, including day and night shifts.
• Must have a valid vehicle driver's license and maintain its validity for the duration of employment
• Fluency in Albanian and possessing an unrestricted right to work and reside in Kosovo.

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

• Previous experience working on remote camp, construction, or industrial sites.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
