Responsibilities
PRE-JOB PLANNING & PROJECT READINESS
- Provide first point of contact, office-based support for TRS operations, and have presence at the rig or client office as required.
- Attend all pre-spud meetings, DWOP's, and any other planning meetings.
- Create and populate the Master Equipment List (MEL).
- Create the Service Quality Plan for the operation.
- Communicate with Central HUB on dispatch and certification requirements.
- Understand client requirements and provide solutions/support in initial, planning and execution phases.
- Interface with the clients (Operator AND/OR Rig Contractor) for problem solving and resolution of concerns, and help provide a fit-for-purpose product certification package.
- Hold pre-job briefings with WFT crew prior to mobilization.
- Prepare the pre-job folder for the field crew, containing relevant information including but not limited to checklists, procedures & OEPS documents.
- Communicate the Personnel Mobilization Check List to client.
- Organise and facilitate MEL Reviews.
- Organising appropriate time for clients and third party to witness required FAT's and inspection of equipment.
- Assist with the review and approval of rig survey (onshore/offshore) reports with the related flow process diagram and P&ID.
- Coordinate and interface with the workshop on delivery schedules.
- Identify potential issues with lead-times regarding equipment repairs and/or supply of Tools, Spares & Consumables (TS&C,) Assets and Inventory.
- Work with procurement to shorten the critical path and resolve delays pro-actively.
- In charge of product delivery documentation: MEL, SQP, M&L, WPTS system etc.
- Communicate with Central Hub regarding the logistics of product delivery
- Provide bi-weekly revenue updates to Ops. Supervisor/Manager
- In charge of final equipment sign off and pre delivery inspection
- Assist with Operations related CPAR investigations
PROJECT EXECUTION
- Provide office support for rig-up and rig-down operations
- Manage the WFT field crew involved in this activity in conjunction with the Ops Supervisor
- Proactively participate and contribute in all morning calls
- Participate in or arrange Client meetings as required
- Provide bi-weekly revenue updates to Ops Supervisor/Manager
- Manage all backloads ensuring 100% Weatherford provided items are returned
- Receipt of Equipment Request Forms (ERF) and actioning them
- Raise MOC's applicable to any Operational deviations for projects and as a result of any Quality Impact Records submitted
- Weekly updates to Ops Supervisor
- Following up with WFT field crew on weekly checklists/reporting etc
- Weekly updates of inventory from WFT field crew
- In charge of Service Ticket review and submission in a timely manner
- Responsible for ensuring client PO's have sufficient funds to complete operations
- Communicate with Central Hub regarding the logistics of any further shipment required, spares, bearing changeouts, etc.
- Raise WISE queries as required for operational deviations
PROJECT COMPLETION
- Provide post-sale support to clients as required.
- Communicate and coordinate re-certifications and maintenance of equipment used during operations.
- Ensure full return of all Weatherford owned and rented equipment, assets and inventory from the rig site.
- Facilitate communication between the customer and Weatherford sales and support representatives.
- Responsible for post-ops billing, redress, repairs, etc.
- Receive and document the Field Service Quality (FSQ) feedback from the TRS field crew.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 5 years minimum experience in the oil and gas industry, including field experience.
- Prior experience in Tubular Running Services.
- Prior experience in Project Management
- Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
- 5-7 years of operational experience - TRS RSS
10 years of industry experience
- Prior experience in Project Coordination
- Exposure to Drilling Operations in an offshore and land capacity
- Business skills in Operations and Administration coupled with basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of Weatherford's service equipment and business
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to use diplomatic skills in dealing with company and outside customer personnel
- Should be able to work closely with internal and external customers
- Comfortable working in a busy and demanding environment with excellent prioritization skills.
- Experience using AutoCAD or comfortable interpreting technical drawings.
- Experience utilizing Project Management Software
- Demonstrated ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
- A problem solving approach.
