We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a Reporting & Risk Lead for a 12-month renewable project based in Paris (France).

"Reporting & Risk Lead (M/F)" What will your missions and responsibilities be?

• Complete all required HSE trainings and strictly comply with site security, health, and safety rules, maintaining constant hazard awareness
• Report anomalies through official systems and apply the STOP WORK policy whenever necessary
• Ensure adherence to the 12 Golden Rules and keep PCM QMS procedures updated with properly trained personnel
• Promote a strong safety culture, ethical work practices, and full compliance with applicable standards and local regulations
• Lead proactively with a collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork, innovation, cost optimization, and strong QHSE performance
• Provide timely and accurate project reporting (weekly, monthly, close-out, KPIs, dashboards) and maintain effective communication tools
• Enforce and oversee the Project Risk Management System, including risk registers, indicators, reviews, and validation of new risks
• Support lessons learned activities, quarterly risk reviews, reporting updates, and promote consistent use of project management tools

What profile and skills are required for this "Reporting & Risk Lead (M/F)" role?

The service holder shall:

• Deliver services in line with approved planning and budgets
• Work effectively with other departments and project packages
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and strong team spirit
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Operate fluently in English (working language)
