TotalEnergies Global Services Bucharest is the Shared Service Center in Romania within TotalEnergies. We are delivering services for 4 main accounting processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, and Cash Management) to TotalEnergies affiliates across 4 business lines (Exploration & Production, Refining & Chemicals, Marketing & Services, and Renewables) in more than 50 countries spread over Europe and Africa, as well as offering integrated global IT services.

Activities
-Validating and processing payment/advance payment requests, ensuring proper approval, posting payments, and reviewing the posting.
- Processing bank transfers based on invoice number details the following day upon receipt, sourced from local affiliates' scans of customer name and invoice number.
- Managing processing of Employee/Third Party loans.
- Posting foreign exchange operations accurately.
- Preparing initial account reconciliation with current documentation.
- Executing monthly closing activities

Candidate Profile
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of total work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at a medium level
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Prior experience in a contact center and/or Shared Service Center is a plus
Skills and Qualities:
- English proficiency at B1-B2 level
- Demonstrated accuracy and precision
- Strong planning and organization abilities
- Ability to take on responsibility
