Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ports, marine and coastal engineering projects across feasibility, FEED, detailed design, and construction phases.
- Provide technical leadership, design review, and assurance for marine infrastructure including ports, terminals, jetties, coastal protection and intake/outfall systems.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring coordination across engineering, planning and stakeholder interfaces.
- Support client engagement, authority approvals, and regulatory compliance for maritime developments.
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and strategic growth of the marine infrastructure portfolio.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams to maintain high technical and delivery standards.
- Oversee project performance in terms of schedule, budget, and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent professional registration preferred.
- 20+ years' experience in marine, coastal and port infrastructure engineering.
- Proven experience in project management and technical leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of marine structures, coastal engineering, and port planning.
- Experience working with clients, authorities, and multidisciplinary teams in the Middle East.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
