The Sr. Interface Engineer – Internal is responsible for managing, coordinating, and ensuring effective integration across multiple disciplines and Project interfaces within Major Projects under the guidance of the Interface Manager. The role ensures that engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities are properly aligned, and that all internal and cross-functional interfaces are effectively managed to avoid delays, conflicts, or rework.

The role-holder shall supervise and guide interface activities, liaise closely with engineering, procurement, Project controls, quality, and construction teams, and act as the focal point for resolving interface-related issues. The Sr. Interface Engineer is accountable for monitoring interface performance, identifying potential risks or bottlenecks, and recommending proactive solutions to safeguard Project schedules and deliverables.

Additionally, the Sr. Interface Engineer promotes, implements, and ensures compliance with QAFCO’s Occupational Health & Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management systems in all interface management activities.
