Job Summary
The Escort Personnel support the Incirlik Air Base Construction Escort Program by ensuring continuous monitoring and positive control of all construction workers and vehicles operating on the flightline. This role helps protect Air Force assets by maintaining strict security procedures, coordinating daily access, and ensuring all escorted personnel comply with airfield and restricted‑area requirements.

All positions require the applicant to obtain and pass a medical physical that is certified by a doctor, to include a colorblindness test and orthopedic, confirmation for driving and certification of health status by Government Hospital is required.
All positions require a current and favorable Turkish Security background check.
All male candidates must have completed their military service.

Job Summary
The Escort Personnel support the Incirlik Air Base Construction Escort Program by ensuring continuous monitoring and positive control of all construction workers and vehicles operating on the flightline. This role helps protect Air Force assets by maintaining strict security procedures, coordinating daily access, and ensuring all escorted personnel comply with airfield and restricted‑area requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and escort construction workers and vehicles within flightline and restricted areas.
- Ensure 100% accountability at all times.
- Verify worker identities and ensure compliance with approved access lists.
- Maintain direct visual contact for escorted personnel.
- Conduct required radio checks with the Escort Controller upon arrival, departure, and hourly during operations.
- Conduct required radio communication with the Airfield Control Tower as required.
- Coordinate daily with Airfield Management for driving procedures and project access routes.
- Operate government-provided vehicles only with valid AF Form 483 certification.
- Hold and maintain required licenses, including Flightline and Controlled Movement Area (CMA) certifications.
- Report any suspicious activity or loss of positive control immediately.
- Avoid all distractions such as reading, writing, or using entertainment devices while on duty.
- Provide contractor escorts for all construction-related activities to include those in secured locations.
- Assumes responsibility for housekeeping standards of office environment and safety inspections, including car wash of the Government Owned Vehicles.
- Complies with all related items KBR contract Performance Work Statement, Instructions, Air Force Instructions, Guidebooks, and Technical orders.
- Demonstrate the capability of working on shift to include weekends and holidays.
- Use of computer hardware and software; Windows, Microsoft programs
Basic Qualifications
- Turkish Citizenship
- Minimum High school diploma
- Must have valid driver license (minimum Class B) and driving experience
- Ability to speak, read, and write English level III
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with/on Air force military bases
- Bachelor's degree in some field
