Project Manager II Job Description Location: United States Start Date: 17 February 2026 Pay Rate: $200,000 per annum Job Description: As a Project Manager II, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, overseeing and managing various projects within the organization. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for leading a team of project managers and ensuring that project objectives are met. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
