Your Tasks:

Audit and Investigation Support:

• Assist with audits, investigations, and compliance checks
• Support the analysis of business processes, data, and potential risks
• Contribute to the preparation of documentation and conduct research on regulations, policies, and best practices
• Support the organization of workshops and audits

Data Analysis and Documentation:

• Help collect, structure, and analyze data from various systems
• Support process evaluations and participate in risk analyses
• Maintain accurate records of analysis steps and prepare structured working papers

Reporting:

• Prepare presentations and reports using MS Office and other tools
• Assist in drafting audit and investigation reports
• Support monitor and maintain status lists and tracking tools for pending measures

Process Support:

• Assist in reviewing and optimizing processes and internal controls
• Support the implementation of new compliance tools and the revision of guidelines
• Contribute to the preparation of training materials on compliance topics
• Provide support in maintaining databases and archiving systems

Your Profile:

• Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Law, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and foster collaboration
• High level of discretion and attention to detail
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
