This Position reports to:
SCM Service Delivery Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to c ontribute to evolve Feeder Factory role to secure shortest delivery to all Regional Operations Centers as part of the strategic project to reduce the end-to-end lead-time and setting more streamlined supply chain where applicable

The work model for the role is: hybrid.

This role is contributing to the Global BL Power Reliability in Energy Industries.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Creating and maintaining a rolling 18-24 month unconstrained demand forecast for assigned products, aligned with the global S&OP process.
• Analyzing demand data, identifying forecast gaps, and driving improvements in forecast accuracy and planning reliability.
• Supporting Sales and Product Management by consolidating the global demand plan and participating in demand review cycles.
• Monitoring finished goods and component inventory levels, recommending SKU rationalization and inventory optimization actions.
• Supporting product lifecycle activities (NPI, phase-out, LTB) and driving continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain performance metrics.

Qualifications for the role:

• You have 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or S&OP, with a proven track record of designing and improving forecasting processes, planning frameworks, and reporting structures.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and bring working expertise in supply chain processes, including network design and optimization.
• You are passionate about data-driven decision-making and are innovative around process improvement and cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong analytical foundation.
• You are at ease communicating in English (written and spoken) in a global business environment.
• You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, a solution-focused mindset, and the confidence to introduce new ideas and challenge conventional approaches.
