Function Description

At iPS Powerful People, we're actively building a pool of qualified Stewards for upcoming offshore projects across the globe. This is not linked to a specific opening but part of our initiative to engage with dedicated professionals available for future assignments.

As a Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting in food service, and supporting the well-being of everyone onboard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness of accommodation areas, mess rooms, and communal spaces
• Assisting in meal preparation, food service, and dishwashing duties
• Performing laundry services and ensuring proper linen management
• Monitoring hygiene standards and reporting maintenance or safety issues
• Following HSE procedures and participating in safety drills

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Steward on offshore vessels
• Valid STCW certification
• Valid offshore medical certificate and BOSIET/FOET
• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures
• Team-oriented with a proactive and service-minded attitude
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work under minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work internationally and in multicultural environments
