Wood is currently recruiting for a Lead Invoice Coordinator to join our team for a large-scale challenging construction project. We are looking for individuals with expertise and experience who are ready to take on new challenges and assist us achieve excellence in schedule, safety, and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and validate invoices against POs, contracts, and delivery documentation.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, vendors, and clients to confirm receipt and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate invoice records, approval logs, and payment schedules.
  • Prepare periodic reports on invoice status and payment forecasts.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice issues; escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support audit activities.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 8 years or more experience as invoice coordinator or related positions
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in large-scale projects, EPCm, or industrial environments
  • Knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes and governance
  • Experience in vendor management or contract administration
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation)
  • Experience leading process improvements or workflow automation
  • Familiarity with international vendors and multi-currency invoice processing
