In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Drives collaboration with customers to capture business requirements
  • Collaborates with Product Owner and team to set priorities and refines product backlog
  • Translates business needs/requirements for developers by creating user stories in Azure DevOps
  • Proactively analyze complex business processes and identifies systems gaps, if needed
  • Manages project timelines and delivers regular status updates
  • Communicates effectively within scrum team and with business partners
  • Planning and managing business analysis activities throughout a project's lifecycle
  • Implement projects using SDLC/Agile methodologies and practices


Who You Are: You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.You establish and maintain effective customer relationships.You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels

For this Role, You Will Need::
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology area
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience within business/systems analyst area
  • Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Has the ability to work effectively in multinational team environment
  • Strong analytical skills for effective collaboration


Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Salesforce solution experience
  • Mulesoft, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle CPQ experience
  • ServiceNow experience
