As a Project Development Associate Director, you will be at the forefront of developing some of the most innovative behind-the-meter (BTM) solar and battery energy storage (BESS) projects in the United States.

This is an opportunity to lead complex, high-visibility renewable projects from contract execution through NTP-shaping the distributed generation landscape while working with industry-leading teams, major commercial customers, and cutting-edge technologies.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at cross-functional leadership, and want to make a tangible contribution to the energy transition, we want to meet you.

Why This Role Is Exciting

  • Innovation: Engage with advanced solar, BESS, and distributed energy technologies.
  • Growth: Be part of a rapidly expanding U.S. renewables business backed by a global energy leader.
  • Purpose: Every project you deliver moves the needle on the clean energy transition.
