Region NCE and Global Offshore > NCE > Installation Supervisors Team 3
We are part of the Installation & Commissioning area, responsible for managing and executing onshore projects within the Central region. Our main interface is with the Onshore Construction departments across NCE.
We oversee projects from preparation through execution and final handover to Service, while defining the strategy for project delivery, including readiness and scalability to meet future market demands.
Our responsibilities also include supporting sales activities, developing concepts, and ensuring the implementation and optimization of project packages.

- Plays a key role in ensuring wind turbine installation projects are completed on time and to standard
- Oversees daily site activities with a clear focus on safety and efficiency
- Ensures all work meets Vestas' quality standards and compliance requirements
- Provides on‑site leadership and guidance to installation teams
- Applies solid technical understanding to support smooth project execution
- Collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a changing environment
- Contributes to maintaining project timelines and delivering high‑quality results
Qualifications
- Solid technical foundation in mechanical or electrical fields
- Good understanding of HSE principles and safety practices
- Knowledge of quality standards and their practical application
- Experience in managing and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Proficient in IT tools such as SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and SAP
- Comfortable working with digital systems and documentation platforms
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
