In this role you will:
Functional Responsibilities
- Drive expertise in Pricing, Invoicing & Rebate Management processes and provide recommendations for improvement and efficiency.
- Represent the end‑to‑end customer view in process workshops and drive outcomes that create real customer impact.
- Identify standardisation and simplification opportunities in the back-office and O2C space and lead implementations.
- Assess the impact of entrepreneurial projects on relevant processes and ensure seamless, interruption‑free operations.
- Ensure Global Process Standards are embedded through audits, up‑to‑date documentation, and effective training delivery.
- Communicate process changes clearly to operational users, L&D, team leaders, service managers, and senior partners.
- Create, review, and update process documentation and training materials in a timely manner.
Service Management & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct regular control activities to ensure compliance and internal control effectiveness.
- Perform process reviews and propose improvements to drive alignment and standardisation.
- Identify gaps in current and future processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners, including 3rd parties.
- Collaborate closely with Castrol Transformation teams, Global Process Owners, and system specialists.
Leadership & Supervisory Responsibilities
- Identify training needs to build team capability.
- Support the development of a high‑performance culture focusing on continuous learning and customer satisfaction.
- Coach team members to address process gaps, improve efficiency, and support their long‑term development.
What You Need to Be Successful
Education
- Degree level education or equivalent.
Essential Experience
- 5+ years of operational experience in Sales & Customer Management or Finance.
- Deep functional expertise in pricing, invoicing, and rebate management.
- Proven experience driving transformational initiatives, ideally within O2C.
- Strong proficiency in SAP and Salesforce.
- Highly analytical, numerate, and detail‑oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent organisational and self‑management abilities.

- Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.

- High proficiency in MS Office.
- Advanced SAP knowledge: ECC (mandatory), APO (desirable).
