Job Description

The Position holder is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain function as an intern in our Accounts Payable Team.

Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems and they demonstrate proactive behaviour along with a positive outlook, exhibiting initiative and a keen interest in Supply Chain operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies with appropriate internal and external resources;
  • Work with procurement and finance to maintain the GR/IR account clearing;
  • Ensure timely and accurate PO and non-PO invoice processing when required as per team's priorities;
  • Comply with Finance, AP, and Supply Chain policies and procedures;
  • Performs a variety of AP tasks and projects as necessary;
  • Participate in process improvement projects as requested;
  • Maintain accurate and current documentation and files.


Qualification & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Curiosity or drive regarding the Supply Chain and its functions.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • English medium to advanced.
