About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our city office team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective document control systems in line with NOV standards, while also supporting administrative and operational processes across Business Units.
You will play a key role in ensuring that all documentation and data are accurate, properly maintained, and compliant with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will lay within Document Control, Administrative & Office Support, Operational & Supplier Coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
⦁ University degree
⦁ Minimum 3 year of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment (Document Controller, Administrator, Office Manager, or Secretary)
⦁ Confident PC user (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
⦁ Strong command of English (spoken and written)
⦁ High attention to detail
⦁ Responsible and well-organized personality
⦁ Open-minded, flexible, and positive attitude
⦁ Solution-oriented mindset
Preferred:
⦁ Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CRM tools is a plus
⦁ High level of customer care skills
⦁ Polite and effective two-way communication skills
⦁ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will lay within Document Control, Administrative & Office Support, Operational & Supplier Coordination.
- Establish, maintain, and manage document control systems in line with NOV standards.
- Receive, register, distribute, track, and archive controlled documents (electronic & hard copy).
- Ensure proper document review, approval, version control, and secure storage.
- Maintain document registers, logs, filing systems, and master document lists.
- Coordinate project documentation, manuals, and technical records.
- Review and update technical documentation; ensure quality and accurate data exchange.
- Act as a key interface for all documentation processes and ensure efficient end‑to‑end workflows among stakeholders.
- Provide centralized administrative support to all Business Units in the city office.
- Coordinate daily office operations, activities, and general administration.
- Handle meeting arrangements, room bookings, visitor coordination, and internal communications.
- Assist with documentation, correspondence, records management, onboarding, and offboarding tasks.
- Liaise with HR, Finance, Facilities, IT, and other internal departments on administrative matters.
- Support corporate initiatives and ad‑hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure smooth office operations (supplies ordering, managing materials, refilling cartridges).
- Manage deliveries, shipments, returns, and coordination with courier services.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing documentation and corporate correspondence.
- Collect and analyze pricing information; create and improve internal orders across departments.
- Communicate and coordinate with external suppliers.
Qualifications & Skills
