Job Description

Jobs at this level are responsible for planning and allocating tasks for the Engineering and Design teams, the coordination of activities, attendance at client meetings and the preparation and checking of all project documentation. Perform pipeline design calculation and analysis. Prepare Tender inputs and attend project technical & progress meetings.

Responsibilities

• Performs Pipeline design calculations and analysis.
• Prepares Pipeline design reports.
• Studies Scope of Work
• Plans & allocates duties.
• Attends kick off meeting.
• Reviews all project documentation.
• Co-ordinates activities.
• Collects input on queries.
• Attends progress/client meetings.
• Co-ordinates tender inputs.
• Attends design review meetings.
• Ensures documentation is complete.
• Mentors subordinate Engineers.
• Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Offshore Pipeline design and construction engineering.
• Capability of utilizing Pipeline Engineering software.
• Understanding of Engineering Disciplines.
• Familiar with Pipeline International codes & standards.
• Proven supervisory track record
• Planning & organising skills

• Thorough understanding of Engineering disciplines.
• Knowledge of Engineering software.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good technical knowledge and skills.
• Good Communication skills.
