Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished products
- Perform dimensional measurements, visual inspections, and non-destructive testing
- Verify equipment and materials to identify defects according to specifications
- Maintain calibration of measuring instruments and gauges
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation
- Conduct thread inspections per API standards
- Manage non-conformance reports and follow up on corrective actions
- Communicate inspection results effectively with all stakeholders
Skills Required:
- Proficiency with measuring equipment and inspection tools
- PCBA inspection expertise and IPC-A-610 standards knowledge
- ESD compliance understanding
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving approach to quality issues
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office
Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Diploma in Electro/Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Trade Certificate
- 3-5 years' experience in oil & gas electromechanical products inspection
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Qualifications Preferred:
- ASNT Level-2 certification in at least 2 NDE methods (LPT & MPT)
