- Lead the full execution of turnkey projects, acting as the single point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Production, Supply Chain, QHSE, Sales, Inside Sales, Operations, and other partners to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
- Plan material deliveries and field activities, preparing and managing purchase requests (RdA) for subcontractors and overseeing their work during site operations.
- Perform key project engineering activities during execution-such as updates to bills of materials, component upgrades, creation of new items, and modifications to P&IDs.
- Develop metric calculations, technical drawings, and documentation aligned with customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Manage all project documentation and administrative processes, including the acquisition of necessary authorizations or certifications (e.g., Fire Brigade approvals where applicable).
- Ensure full adherence to Trade Compliance, Ethics, and Antitrust requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and client visits to assess progress, ensure correct execution, and define corrective actions when necessary.
- Define billing amounts and schedules based on project progress (S‑curve or milestone methodology).
- Support Area Managers in negotiations regarding additional costs, project complexities, and variations.
- Participate in KOMs, manage buyouts, and collaborate with other Emerson Business Units on cross‑functional activities.
- Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and lead resolution through the project lifecycle.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A Technical High School Diploma (Mechanical, Thermotechnics, Mechatronics) and/or an Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Chemical, or related).
- Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and electrical diagrams.
- Intermediate to advanced CAD skills.
- Comfort with Office tools and project management software.
- Experience with engineered products, pressure components, process plants, or field/project execution.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in coordinating subcontractors and managing field installation activities.
- Familiarity with documentation for authorizations, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
- Practical knowledge of automation principles.
- Strong negotiation abilities and stakeholder engagement experience.
