Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control raw materials, internal and external materials, and logistics-related materials to support production operations.
- Manage incoming material records, register EAOs, and maintain accurate inventory status.
- Perform material accumulation, stock control, and cycle count activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Process PO entries and exits for internal and external materials.
- Oversee material issuance and return processes to site.
- Monitor Work in Progress (WIP), including inventory inspection and tracking production progress.
- Ensure compliance with logistics procedures and maintain proper manufacturing documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project scheduling, material planning, process coordination, and change management.
- Identify and resolve material-related issues during production processes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience in material control, inventory management, or production support within manufacturing / oil & gas industry.
- Forklift license is required.
- Strong understanding of inventory systems and material control processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) will be an advantage.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong coordination ability.
