Job Summary
The Change Lead will be responsible for guiding and facilitating successful organizational change initiatives within BP Trinidad & Tob LLC-Brn. This role focuses on minimizing disruption, improving employee adoption, and ensuring the sustained success of strategic projects through effective leadership, communication, and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the planning, execution, and closure of change management activities for assigned projects.
* Develop and implement comprehensive change strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and business objectives.
* Foster a collaborative environment, engaging stakeholders at all levels to build consensus and commitment to change.
* Coach and support leaders and employees through transitions, addressing concerns and building change capability.
* Design and deliver effective communication plans and materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
* Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with change initiatives, developing contingency plans as needed.
* Mediate and resolve conflicts that may arise during the change process, ensuring constructive outcomes.
* Set clear performance goals for project teams and individuals involved in change, monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback.
* Champion inclusive leadership practices, ensuring all perspectives are considered and diverse teams are leveraged effectively.
* Influence decision-making and drive buy-in for change initiatives through compelling presentations and strong interpersonal skills.
* Ensure adherence to relevant engineering codes, company standards, and industry best practices throughout change projects.

Job Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change initiatives.
* Proven ability in coaching, mentoring, and developing individuals and teams.
* Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
* Strong collaboration and influencing skills, capable of building effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
* Expertise in conflict management and problem-solving.
* Experience in creating and nurturing high-performing teams.
* Proficiency in project execution planning and risk management.
* A strong understanding of engineering codes, standards, and practices relevant to the industry.
* Ability to give constructive feedback and manage performance effectively.
* Demonstrated commitment to inclusive leadership and fostering a diverse work environment.
* Proven ability to set and achieve challenging goals
