Job Purpose:
Lead the DevOps organization within the Digital organization. Establish and execute DevOps strategy to enable reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-effective platforms. Drive excellence in CI/CD, cloud operations, automation, observability, developer experience, and operational efficiency across global product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps teams and platform engineering functions, setting strategy aligned with business and product goals.
• Own CI/CD platforms, developer tooling, cloud operations, automation frameworks, and reliability practices.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve automated build, test, deployment, and release pipelines.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools such as Terraform and related automation technologies.
• Oversee AWS cloud environments with a focus on reliability, security, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Champion observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident management practices across platforms.
• Establish and evolve DevOps standards, best practices, and operational governance.
• Partner closely with software engineering, product, security, and IT teams to improve delivery speed, stability, and collaboration.
• Lead modernization and continuous improvement of DevOps platforms and operating models.
• Mentor and develop DevOps managers, engineers, and platform teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud operations.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams of 10+ people.
• Strong hands-on and leadership experience with AWS-based DevOps platforms and tooling.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Deep expertise in DevOps practices and cloud operations (AWS).
• CI/CD platforms, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Kubernetes, and observability tools.
• Experience implementing security scanning, secrets management, and compliance automation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, security, and operations teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience leading large-scale DevOps transformations or platform modernization initiatives.
• Proven ability to build DevOps practices, operating models, and high-performing teams.
  
  This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to: 10-25%
