Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will carry out marketing activities and support the Sales organization to increase sales and services for the assigned products. You will also showcase your product knowledge by improving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Implementing the local go-to market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions, product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. Manages the new product launch, pilot applications & deployment process.
• Product marketing targets and budgets are met by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.
• Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and preparing demanding offers.
• Concentrating on securing orders and improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS) over time.
• Design the GTM strategy: pricing list, segment and channel approach, lead time.
• Coordinating market analyses with sales team members and defining appropriate forecasts and strategize business plans based on market trends, business opportunities. Evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years working experience in technical, application and marketing relevant to the field of Grid Automation products such as protection relays, remote terminal units, SCADA and communication devices
• Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling,
• Good command of written & spoken English, Turkish knowledge is a must
• Skilled communicator with solid interpersonal abilities and a commitment to team collaboration
• Demonstrated skill in developing and managing customer relationships with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
