As Lead Finance Specialist - Manufacturing Operations you will be primarily responsible to support optimal plant performance overseeing cost controlling activities, productivity performances, fulfillment trends, cost of quality and cash consumption.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing finance activities which includes: support planning, pacing, closing activities, cost accounting, inventory controls (Revaluation, standards, variances, etc.), COGS booking, functional costs analysis, cost productivity, P&E, etc.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Finance and a complete understanding of how Supply Chain metrics impact P&L and Balance Sheet
• Explain complex information to others teams in straightforward way
• Monitoring key KPIs like aged WIP, quarantine, scraps, purchased services and project costs
• Support all Physical Inventory activities
• Leverage technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. Use multiple internal sources outside of own team to support the operations team in arriving to decisions

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration/Finance or related field
• Previous experience in Finance Manufacturing is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
